基于平衡计分卡的武器装备维修绩效评价指标体系构建

武器装备维修是武器装备维修保障的重要内容,加强装备维修绩效评价,建立科学规范的绩效评价指标体系,对深入推进装备维修工作健康发展将发挥积极作用。以平衡计分卡为研究手段,运用"5M1E"分析法,从一个内核和四个维度出发,分析武器装备维修绩效评价的影响因素,据此建立评价指标体系,并应用于装备维修管理实践,为有效提高装备维修保障效益提供有益借鉴。     

舰载机多机一体化机务保障调度研究

针对舰载机多机一体化机务保障调度问题,以出树、入树的形式描述实际保障过程中并行工序的约束关系,以最大保障完工时间和资源负载均衡性为目标,构建了舰载机多机一体化机务保障非线性多目标混合流水车间调度模型,并设计了一种结合基于Insert的动态邻域爬山搜索策略和并行工序的同步化修正的Memetic算法求解该模型。最后通过实例仿真验证了模型和所提算法的可行性和有效性。     

基于领域本体的舰船装备维修保障知识表示研究

针对舰船装备维修保障领域维修保障知识缺乏有效统一管理、共享和重用程度低等问题,将领域本体理论引入维修保障知识管理中,提出了基于全寿命周期的舰船装备维修保障知识本体建模方法。分析舰船装备维修保障领域知识的来源、分类和构成,构建了装备维修保障领域的顶层本体及其概念关系。重点介绍了维修保障知识中故障案例知识的本体建模表示,并提出了基于预检索的全局故障案例知识检索算法,建立了原型系统并应用验证。结果表明:该方法能够解决目前维修保障知识管理中存在的问题,提高了知识检索效率。     

通用雷达装备维修器材储供标准模型

研究了通用雷达装备零部件寿命分布类型,给出了以可靠性为依据确定维修器材储供数量和排序参数的计算公式,分析了器材最小包装对计算结果和维修器材排序参数的影响,以及器材关键性对排序的影响及评判方法。     

Resale price maintenance contracts with retailer sales effort: Effect of flexibility and competition

In Resale Price Maintenance (RPM) contracts, the manufacturer specifies the resale price that retailers must charge to consumers. We study the role of using a RPM contract in a market where demand is influenced by retailer sales effort. First, it is well known that RPM alone does not provide incentive for the retailer to use adequate sales effort and some form of quantity fixing may be needed to achieve channel coordination. However, when the market potential of the product is uncertain, RPM with quantity fixing is a rigid contract form. We propose and study a variety of RPM contracts with quantity fixing that offer different forms of flexibility including pricing flexibility and quantity flexibility. Second, we address a long‐time debate in both academia and practice on whether RPM is anti‐competitive in a market when two retailers compete on both price and sales effort. We show that depending on the relative intensity of price competition and sales effort competition, RPM may lead to higher or lower retail prices compared to a two‐part tariff contract, which specifies a wholesale price and a fixed fee. Further, the impact of RPM on price competition and sales effort competition is always opposite to each other. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2006     

航天器编队飞行构形保持与重构的继电型控制

研究小偏心参考轨道航天器编队飞行构形保持与重构控制的工程实现技术。首先给出相对运动状态转移矩阵,并推导出常推力控制情况下相对运动状态递推的解析表达式;进而给出脉冲推力、连续变推力和继电型推力三种发动机的推力模型和示意图。分别将等速度冲量的三种推力模型代入相对运动状态转移矩阵中,比较相同条件下相对运动控制作用效果的差异,理论推导结果表明:在一阶意义上,三种推力模型对相对运动控制作用等效,因而航天器编队构形保持与重构控制可以基于继电型推力模型来实现。     

Combining standardized time series area and Cramér–von Mises variance estimators

We propose three related estimators for the variance parameter arising from a steady‐state simulation process. All are based on combinations of standardized‐time‐series area and Cramér–von Mises (CvM) estimators. The first is a straightforward linear combination of the area and CvM estimators; the second resembles a Durbin–Watson statistic; and the third is related to a jackknifed version of the first. The main derivations yield analytical expressions for the bias and variance of the new estimators. These results show that the new estimators often perform better than the pure area, pure CvM, and benchmark nonoverlapping and overlapping batch means estimators, especially in terms of variance and mean squared error. 面向对象的虚拟维修性分析中零件信息建模方法研究

采用面向对象建模的方法,在研究维修活动的基础上,利用逆向思维,将维修活动中的维修对象即零部件作为维修活动的主体,借用计算机语言中类的定义方式,将零部件的各种数据定义为类的相应属性值,将零部件在维修活动的被动行为定义为零件类的动作函数,将维修作业中维修动作的人为判断变成基于零件属性的自动判断,并给出了基于这种建模方式的虚拟环境中自动维修仿真作业的实现过程。结果表明,虚拟维修中需要人力判断的工作大大减少,缩短了虚拟维修仿真的时间,从而可以提高系统的仿真效率。     

通信对抗装备维修管理信息系统

通信对抗装备的性能越来越强、复杂程度越来越高 ,而维修保障方式和手段的落后制约了装备战斗力的发挥。因此 ,改善装备维修的手段 ,实现装备信息的科学管理就成为一项迫切需要解决的问题。从功能、构成和信息结构、信息管理和软件体系等方面介绍了一个装备维修管理信息系统的设计思想。

硬盘作为微机的外部存贮器是微型机不可缺少的重要组成部分,随着计算机硬件的不断发展,硬盘的性能指标也不断的发展,包括其转速、容量等.硬盘上装有拥护的操作系统,应用程序以及重要的数据,一旦硬盘出现故障,不但会使机器不能正常工作,而且会丢失重要的数据,所以掌握硬盘的维护与维修技巧是非常重要和有意义的。
